Bradley K. Overcash
BRADLEY K. OVERCASH (Brad) was born in Thomasville, N.C. He received a B.A. degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While at Ole Miss, he was the recipient of the Judge W. N. Ethridge, Jr. Memorial Scholarship. Mr. Overcash previously practiced in the firm’s Greenville office prior to moving back to his home state and practicing law with Brinkley Walser, PLLC in Lexington, N.C. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, the Mississippi Association of Defense Lawyers and the State Bar of North Carolina.
