Jacob O. Malatesta
Jacob Oakman Malatesta (Jacob) was born in Clarksdale, Mississippi in 1983. He received a Bachelor Of Arts degree in English and Spanish from the University of Mississippi in 2005, where he was active in the Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society and Sigma Chi Fraternity. Mr. Malatesta received a Doctor Of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2008, where he was an Executive Board Member of the Moot Court Board, the Treasurer of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, and a member of Phi Delta Phi, an honorary legal fraternity. Mr. Malatesta is a member of the American Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association.
