William D. Montgomery
WILLIAM D. MONTGOMERY (Will) was born in Greenwood, Mississippi. He received a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi in 2003 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2006. Mr. Montgomery is licensed to practice in all Mississippi state courts, Federal District courts in Mississippi, and the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Capital Area Bar Association, Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute (DRI) where he is a member of the Insurance Law Committee and the Professionalism and Ethics Committee. Mr. Montgomery's practice primarily consists of insurance defense litigation.
