Carl Hagwood and Michael Phillips defended this nursing home/medical malpractice action alleging that the nursing home resident suffered numerous advanced pressure ulcers, amputation, malnutrition all of which led to his death. After a two day Daubert hearing and a six day trial the jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendants on June 21, 2008.
