Toby J. Gammill and David E. Stovall obtained a declaratory judgment in the U.S. District Court of the Southern Division of Mississippi on January 22, 2009, Alfa Insurance v. Sri Ram, Inc. The Court held that the terms of a businessowner’s insurance policy did not provide coverage to an injured employee for a lawsuit on premises liability and unsafe working conditions.
