Jacob Malatesta has joined Wilkins, Stephens & Tipton as an associate in the Greenville office.
Born in Clarksdale, Mr. Malatesta received an undergraduate degree from University of Mississippi and graduated cum laude from Ole Miss law school in 2008. While in law school, he was an Executive Board Member with Moot Court, Treasurer of the Law School Chapter of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association and a finalist in the Mississippi Trial Competition,
He is licensed to practice in Mississippi, Tennessee and Arkansas.
"Jacob is definitely going to be an asset to our Greenville office," said William A. Patterson, President of the Board of Directors. "His practice emphasis will be on the defense of workers’ compensation, automobile liability claims and premise liability."
Mr. Malatesta enjoys bird hunting, fly fishing, biking and Ole Miss sports. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced agricultural law in Clarksdale.
